About NexaPax

We believe no family should navigate a health crisis alone.

NexaPax was born from a simple but urgent truth: when a serious health event strikes, the people who love the patient are left to coordinate care with no tools, no structure, and no support.

Where NexaPax began

Every year, millions of families face a sudden, life-altering health event — a stroke, a cancer diagnosis, a traumatic injury. In those moments, the medical system focuses on the patient. But the family, the caregivers, the entire support network is left to figure it out on their own.

We saw this firsthand. Scattered text threads. Repeated phone calls. Missed medications. Caregivers burning out. Family members feeling helpless and out of the loop. The tools that exist were built for hospitals and clinicians — not for the people living through the crisis.

NexaPax was built to change that. A platform designed not for the system, but for the people inside it.

Our mission

"To connect every person in the care circle — patients, families, caregivers, and professionals — so that no one faces a life-changing health journey alone."

Our vision

"A world where coordinated, compassionate care is accessible to every family, regardless of their resources, location, or the complexity of their situation."

What we stand for

1

Human first

Technology is a tool. The people using it — patients, families, caregivers — are always at the center of every decision we make.

2

Radical simplicity

People in the middle of a health crisis don't have time to learn complex software. We obsess over making every interaction clear, fast, and low-friction.

3

Trust through transparency

Care is built on trust. We protect privacy, give people control over their data, and never compromise on security.

4

Whole-person care

We recognize that caregiving affects the caregiver too. NexaPax supports the wellbeing of everyone in the care circle, not just the patient.

Care is not a transaction. It's a relationship — and it takes a whole circle of people to make it work.

Join us in building a better way to care.

NexaPax is in early development. We're looking for families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to help shape the platform.
